By accessing or using the MARQUE INK website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: • Use the services in any way that violates applicable law • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the website

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or product unavailability. Full payment is required before production begins.

You represent that you own or have the right to use all artwork, logos, and designs submitted for printing. You grant MARQUE INK a limited license to use your artwork solely for fulfilling your order. You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. MARQUE INK reserves the right to refuse orders that appear to infringe on copyrights or trademarks.

Custom products are made to your specifications and are generally non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving digital proofs before production. Once a proof is approved, changes cannot be made without additional charges and potential delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARQUE INK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
