SHIPPING OPTIONS
* Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination at checkout.
PRODUCTION + SHIPPING TIMELINE
Your total delivery time = Production time + Shipping transit time.
Production begins only after you approve your digital proof (sent within 24–48 hours of order placement). Rush production (3–5 business days) is available on most products for an additional 20–30% fee.
You'll receive email notifications at every stage: proof approval, production start, production complete, and shipment with tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to 45+ countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or control these charges.
All international packages are shipped with a commercial invoice and correctly declared value. We do not mark packages as "gift" or undervalue shipments for customs purposes.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Custom Products
Custom printed or embroidered products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product significantly differs from the approved proof. We inspect all orders before shipping, but occasionally issues slip through.
Defective Items
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement order or credit at no additional cost to you.
Blank / Non-Custom Products
Blank or non-customized products may be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
